About the Role: Based at our Kingston Centre in Cheltenham, you'll work across several Monash Health sites and alongside a variety of stakeholders to recruit for key professional groups including Nursing, Midwifery, Pharmacy, Allied Health, and Support Services to name a few.
As part of our People and Engagement team, you'll play a pivotal role in attracting, selecting, and securing top talent to join our dedicated teams.
This is an engaging, people-focused role that involves supporting hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to final selection.
You'll thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy providing exceptional service to both internal teams and candidates.
With several Full Time opportunities available, we'll look to you to be available to work a minimum of four days per week, and we'll happily consider a nine-day fortnight or full time hours .

In this role, you'll be involved in all stages of the recruitment process, from sourcing and engaging candidates to ensuring a seamless experience for both our internal teams and applicants.
What You'll Bring: Demonstrated experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
A genuine passion for engaging with stakeholders and understanding their needs.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to quickly build rapport with diverse individuals.
Ability to stay calm, professional, and act with a sense of urgency when needed.
Flexibility and the capacity to adapt and reprioritize in a fast-paced environment.
A sense of humour and a collaborative attitude
