Job Description How will I help?
Westpac Pacific Banking delivers solutions across 3 jurisdictions - Fiji, Papua New Guinea (PNG) and Australia. The purpose of this role is to plan and manage Pacific Banking projects to successfully complete their listed goals and deliverables while ensuring these projects are on time, on budget, and within scope.
Reporting to the Pacific Portfolio lead, this role forms part of the Pacific Banking projects delivery team and the successful candidate will be leading and managing project activities that deliver business and/or technology solutions, enabling Westpac Pacific Banking to achieve its strategic goals, business benefits and outcomes.

What do I need?
Essential:
Project Management experience >5 yearsEffective problem solvingNegotiation, influencing and stakeholdermanagementAbility to navigate complexity and deliverAbility to manage project risk (delivery anddelivered)Financial and resource managementExperience in a bank / other financial services organisationCertifications (PMP/Prince 2/Agile)
Desirable:
