As a Gates & Automation Salesperson, you will play a key role in driving our growth by developing and managing a sales pipeline across gate, gate automation, and boom gate solutions.
We're looking for a motivated, professional, and personable individual with a talent for building relationships and connecting clients with solutions tailored to their needs.
You'll operate from our office in Arndell Park, with a sales territory spanning Sydney and potentially beyond.

Duties & Responsibilities: Customer Engagement : Handle inbound inquiries, provide quotations, product information, and support with a focus on upselling and cross-selling.
On-Site Consultations : Conduct visits as needed to deliver accurate, customized quotations and assess client needs.
Sales Processing : Process and pass over sales orders to the operations team for seamless installations.
Customer Support : Address or escalate any sales-related customer complaints to ensure a positive customer experience.
Sales Reporting : Track and report sales performance, maintaining accurate sales records and statistics.
Lead Development : Identify and build new sales channels and potential client leads to expand market reach.
CRM Management : Maintain and update the CRM client database, ensuring detailed, up-to-date client information.
Skills & Qualifications: Organizational Excellence : Exceptional administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Strong Communication Abilities : Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to engage clients and close sales.
Product Knowledge : Familiarity with or a willingness to learn the technical aspects of gate automation products and services.
Attention to Detail : Meticulous in managing quotes, orders, and customer interactions to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
Requirements: Sales Experience : 2-5 years of sales experience preferred, ideally in a technical or field-related industry.
Independence and Initiative : Ability to work autonomously while contributing to the team's success.
