Senior Strata Manager

We are looking for someone ready to step up in their Owners Corporation career and join an industry leader.

The RoleAt The Knight, we are looking for an OC Manager who wants to take the next step in their career, someone who will contribute their best skills and efforts to the organisation.

We are presently making changes in our company structure to lead the way for enhancing our clients' experience, which will also reduce the pressure on our existing teams.
The product (final result) of your role will be to provide Owners Corporation management services to our clients, resulting in happy, satisfied clients with active contracts in place.
The ultimate measure of your success will be that the company has an overall increase in client satisfaction via the Net Promoter Score rating, which will lead to increased retention of clients.
The overall target for NPS is to increase it from +3 to +20 within the next 12 months.
