We are now looking for a Finance and Insurance Business Manager to join the team in a full-time permanent role based at our Springwood Dealership.
What we are looking for:Someone who will talk to 100% of our customers, offering them 100% of our products, 100% of the timeSomeone who gets a buzz out of knowing everything about products and talking about/selling themAn outgoing personality with excellent communication (both with our customers and internally with staff)Consistency in following the same process every timeVery good paperwork and administration using available IT systemsSelf-driven and action-oriented to get the job done at often fast pace in a professional and fun workplaceFollow through from beginning to end with customers and staff so all know the status of the car saleUnderstanding of teams around them to be able to work cohesively and all achieve great resultsPrevious Finance and Insurance sales experience essentialWhat the role entails:Meet with all customers to talk about and sell finance and/or insurance from the dealership's own supplierAssist New and Used Vehicle Sales Departments in sales negotiations where necessaryEnsure sales and profit objectives for Finance and Insurance are met or exceededWhat we offer:Full training in our finance products and selling processesConsistency in following process every time will create results for you that will help you earn above averageYou can expect a total package which will be higher than most living locallyA supportive and flexible managerA dedicated and fun working environmentFree Titans ticketsEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Exclusive discounts with our Samsung Partnership ProgramDiscounted Gym membershipsAll Frizelle Sunshine employees must be entitled to work in Australia, complete a Federal Police Check and a Traffic History (QLD) or Driving Record (NSW) check.
