As the Executive Manager of Corporate Services, a highly valued member of the Executive team, you'll use your corporate leadership skills to support the achievement of organisational goals and objectives through robust operational systems, effective infrastructure and fostering high performance.
You'll make an impact at scale by effectively leading the following functions:
Human Resources Finance Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Marketing, Communications and Stakeholder Engagement Compliance and Risk Management Certification for Quality Management and Information Security Management Systems (ISO 9001 and ISO 27001) Based in our Campbelltown office, your capacity to work as a trusted member within the Executive Services Unit (ESU) will inspire operational excellence and encourage collaborative teamwork.

What you'll bring To succeed in this role, you will have:
Extensive experience in a leadership role in a medium to large sized business, including oversight of risk, financial management, information security and the implementation of operational policies and procedures, as well as reporting arrangements.
High level skills and experience in human resource management, including interpreting and applying relevant industrial legislation.
Ability to build, develop and sustain positive partnerships and productive working relationships with all levels of stakeholders (internally and externally), with a commitment to customer service.
Capacity to lead and build organisational capability and responsiveness, effective project management, steer and implement change and deal with uncertainty.

With your example please outline: how together you addressed any challenges and obstacles; what were the lessons learnt; and what were the ultimate results of the change process.
