About the role.
An excellent opportunity has become available for a highly motivated individual to join our Retail Sales team as National Account Manager - Woolworths.

This role is responsible for the implementation of the key strategies that set out to deliver sustainable, profitable growth for McCain across Woolworths Supermarkets and Online accounts.

This role can be based in either Melbourne or Sydney.

Accountabilities: Build strong customer relationships and implement an overall customer strategic plan in conjunction with the category and marketing teams that delivers our annual operating commitments & goals.
Execute promotional programs and manage trade investment at or below AOC targets that optimise return on investment within agreed parameters.
Collaborate cross functionally to align on promotions, pricing, activation programs and supply to ensure that there is consideration for the impact to other customers and total retail P&L.
Build meaningful, bespoke Joint Business Plans that align Customer and McCain to a shared operating plan that provides a focus toward delivery of internal KPIs.
Deliver regular performance updates and opportunities for growth.
Position McCain as a category partner of choice by collaborating with category development and marketing to leverage the insights, occasion-based growth drivers and market activation initiatives.

About You.
Qualifications: Minimum of 4-6 years sales experience.
Ideally Degree qualified in a relevant field i.e.
Business / Marketing Experience in account management to achieve specific business results – particularly within FMCG businesses.
Skills: Solid communication/presentation and leadership skills Proven National Account experience in FMCG industry Ability to build strong relationships and negotiate with key stakeholders Financial acumen for understanding of P&Ls and reporting accuracy Ability to analyse business to highlight key result areas to develop & execute improvement plans Attention to detail – experience in S&OP forecasting cycles Level of experience using Quantium, Circana datasets and key metrics.
Digital and eComm skills whilst not mandatory will be well considered The McCain experience.
