Project Business Development - Structural Steel Products
QSB Steel Co., Ltd. is seeking talented and driven candidates to join our team in expanding our presence in key international markets.
The selected individuals will be part of our International Business Development Department, representing our premium structural steel solutions globally.
Position: Market Development Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Market Expansion: Develop and implement strategies to penetrate and grow QSB Steel's market presence in target countries.
Client Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, contractors, and project developers.
Business Development: Identify opportunities for sales and partnerships within the construction, manufacturing, and infrastructure sectors.
Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery and implementation of solutions for international clients.
Market Insights: Conduct thorough market research to understand local trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics.
Tender Management: Prepare and submit project proposals, tenders, and cost estimations for potential clients.
Representation: Represent QSB Steel at trade shows, industry events, and meetings with international partners.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, International Business, or a related field.
Experience:
At least 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or project management in the construction or steel industry.
Proven track record of developing and managing relationships in international markets.
Skills:
Strong understanding of structural steel products and their applications in construction and infrastructure.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (local language proficiency is a plus).
Proficiency in project management, tender preparation, and cost analysis.
Ability to work effectively in culturally diverse environments.
Additional Requirements:
Willingness to travel internationally and work across time zones.
Knowledge of international trade regulations and standards in the construction industry.
