WORK EVENINGS LEADING OTHERS TO BE THE BEST THEY CAN If you're an experienced leader with an appreciation for work-life balance, enjoy motivating a team to succeed, thrive in a fast-paced challenging retail environment, and are available to work between Sunday and Thursday evenings, then this is a role we're sure you'll love.
This role is a FULL-TIME or Part-time evening shift supervisor (Duty Manager) position, based at our Elwood store - Ormond Rd Elwood.
What we need from you:1-2 years experience leading a team in either a retail or hospitality settingWilling and available to work Sunday - Thursday evenings up until 8:30pm.Ability to prioritize workload to ensure deadlines are metAttention to detail and problem-solving ability.Ability to build the business, minimize loss, and develop the teamAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and change-oriented environmentEffective written and verbal communication skillsPossess strong understanding of OH&S proceduresWhat you can expect to do:Ensure staff deliver high quality serviceDevelop the register staff maintaining their enthusiasm and job satisfactionMentor and support staff to effectively and efficiently perform their tasksAct responsibly in compliance with the store's operational standardsIf you're a food lover wanting to work in an informal, friendly & family-oriented environment, this role is for you.
