Reporting directly to the Group Head, Sales & Marketing, this role is a pivotal part of our strategy with key responsibilities such as identifying and seizing new business opportunities across diverse channels.
The Senior Business Development Manager is responsible for attaining individual annual sales targets and cultivating a robust pipeline of high-quality prospects.
Your Role & Impact As our Senior Business Development Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our expansion strategy, responsible for:
Achieving Annual Sales Targets: Individually and as a teamPipeline Development: Qualify a pipeline of prospectsNetworking and Relationship BuildingUtilising industry contacts and partnerships to expand the company's reach and influenceMaking proactive suggestions for enhancing networking strategies and identifying potential business partnersCRM Management - Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and accounts in the CRM systemLead/Opportunity Qualification to ensure resource maximisationLeveraging analytical skills to evaluate leads and prioritise them based on qualifying factorsFocusing efforts on high-quality opportunities to optimise time and resourcesQualifications Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment (3-5 years)Development of new business in SME to mid-sized markets (corporate travel)Knowledge of Technology PlatformsStrong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilitiesCRM Experience: Proficiency in using CRM systems for lead management and pipeline trackingIndependent and Collaborative: Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team in a fast-paced settingCharacteristics Team player with a collaborative mindsetPositive attitude and energetic approach to workDriven and self-motivated to achieve targetsExcellent interpersonal skills and relationship-building abilitiesCapacity to accept constructive feedback and actively participate in learning experiences that help the team grow and improveApply nowto be part of an exciting journey with our client and redefine the world of travel
