They offer their students/tenants not only accommodation, but a place to live well, study hard and have fun.Your RoleWe are seeking a General Manager to manage a high-rise building of student accommodation in Melbourne's CBD.
The role will be based in the building and you will have 4 staff report into you, including a Maintenance Manager and Concierge.
The building is owned by a single investor and your duties in this role will include:Ensure student wellbeing is always prioritised.Be thoroughly familiar with operating agreements and manage the property as per the management agreement and all associated Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).Establish and maintain a constructive and productive working relationship with all key stakeholders.Manage and exceed the property's financial performance as outlined in the Financial Model/Budget.Maximise the financial return to the company.Maintain the property to the highest level of cleanliness and presentation as would be expected of a professional property management company.Pro-actively maintain the building's fit-out and the standard of its equipment.Your AdvantageSeeking a candidate who has managed student accommodation previously, or build to rent, or a hotel.
