About Us Aeroklas Asia Pacific Group (AAPG) is a leading player in the 4x4 accessories industry, specializing in innovative products for the OEM market.

Your Role in Our Team As the National OEM Manager, you will play a critical role in driving our OEM business strategy and delivering exceptional results across key markets.
Reporting to the Group Sales Manager, you will lead and inspire your team to build and maintain strong partnerships with OE customers, develop new business opportunities, and maximize financial and market share performance.
Your focus will be on the Australian, New Zealand, and South Pacific markets, with the opportunity to work closely with teams in multiple regions, including Europe, South Africa, and China.
Key Responsibilities Performance Improvement: Meet or exceed OEM business performance targets aligned with the AAPG Business Plan.Business Growth: Identify new opportunities, submit RFQs on time, and introduce innovative products to increase customer spend.Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong partnerships with existing and potential OE customers, fostering long-term success.Leadership & Development: Lead and support your team, promoting a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.Operational Excellence: Ensure adherence to quality management systems, and support growth initiatives to expand our global footprint.Project Management: Ensure all projects are well structured and executed in line with target expectations.What We're Looking For Proven Track Record: Experience in OEM sales, business development, and achieving targets in the automotive industry.Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and coaching abilities, with a passion for inspiring your team to achieve exceptional results.Strategic Thinker: Ability to navigate complex markets, build relationships, and drive business growth both locally and internationally.Commercial Acumen: Competency in managing financial performance, forecasting, and negotiating with customers and suppliers.Why Join Us?
