We're currently seeking a passionate Head of Financial Planning and Analysisto join our Melbourne based team.
About the role As a key member of the finance leadership team and 2IC to the CFO, you will build and lead a high-performing global FP&A team while providing strategic insights that shape Movember's future.
You will play an integral role in strengthening our finance function's commercial capabilities and driving improved business outcomes across our global operations.
You will be responsible for elevating the commercial acumen across the organisation, implementing best-in-class planning and analysis capabilities, and serving as a trusted advisor to the Movember Leadership Teams.
This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on both our organisation's effectiveness and our mission to improve men's health globally.
You'll have the opportunity to Drive the evolution of finance processes and systems to enhance commercial decision-makingDevelop and execute the roadmap for enhanced planning, reporting, and analysis capabilitiesLead the implementation of new FP&A technologies and data analytics capabilitiesProvide strategic insights through the CFO to the Movember Leadership Teams on growth initiatives and investment decisionsLead scenario planning and sensitivity analysis for major strategic initiativesSupport the evaluation of strategic partnerships with robust financial analysisBuild, develop, and inspire a high-performing global FP&A teamTransform management reporting to deliver actionable insights that drive decision-makingLead the development of sophisticated financial models for strategic initiativesDrive the annual planning and forecasting processes with a focus on strategic outcomesPartner with the CFO to provide strategic and commercial insights to the Movember Leadership TeamsFor this role, you'll need CA/CPA/CIMA qualification with demonstrated commercial leadership experienceProven track record in building and transforming finance teamsExperience in leading finance teams in complex organisationsStrong commercial acumen and strategic thinking capabilitiesExperience implementing modern FP&A systems and analytics toolsExceptional stakeholder management and communication skillsDemonstrated ability to influence and challenge at executive levelExperience working in international/multi-currency environmentsAdvanced financial modeling and analysis capabilitiesProven ability to translate complex financial concepts for non-financial audiencesTrack record of driving process improvement and automationExperience in managing remote/global teamsBonus points for Knowledge of NetSuiteExperience with digital transformation initiativesKnowledge of data visualization tools and techniquesWhy Movember?
