Financial imbalances between the parties often prevent people from accessing quality lawyers, forcing them to self-represent or settle early for an amount far less than they deserve.

Traditional lenders can't provide a solution because they focus on income, credit score and employment history.

At JustFund, we're not your typical lender.
Our proprietary credit assessment engine focuses on the individual client, their unique circumstances and their specific legal entitlements to provide a line of credit to pay legal fees.
Our solution improves access to justice, outcomes and financial security.

We received the backing of the Startmate Accelerator program before launching and have raised investment from some of Australia's best founders and operators across the fintech, lending, legal, product and impact space.
In 2024, we won the Fast Starter Awards at the Australian FinTECH Awards and won the Positive Impact Award at the Finnies Awards.

But we're only scratching the surface of this opportunity and our potential.

About the role We partner with leading family law firms across Australia.
They are our primary channel partner and key to driving brand awareness, client acquisition and growth for JustFund.
The role of Partner Engagement Specialist is therefore critical as you are entrusted to own and nurture new inbound partner law firm leads and manage their onboarding, training and ongoing success.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 3+ years of sales, business/partnership development or client success experience and who is ambitious and looking to grow and develop professionally.
You will work with leading family law firms nationally and report to Jack O'Donnell, Co-CEO whilst working closely with other members of the Partnerships and wider JustFund team.

Your responsibilities will include:
Engaging with new law firms that have expressed an interest in JustFund to communicate our value, understand their needs and guide them through our accreditation process.
Deepening our relationships with law firms by delivering outstanding and responsive service in line with our service values and ensuring partner satisfaction.
Onboarding and training new law firm partners to ensure they have the necessary tools, knowledge, and support to thrive in their partnership with JustFund.
Proactively maintaining and improving relationships through regular communication with our partner law firms, including regular webinars and training sessions, strategic relationship review meetings with key law firm partners each quarter, and ad hoc catch ups.
Tracking the adoption of JustFund within each of your family law firms to understand the health of your partnerships and to identify opportunities for growth, including uptake of additional JustFund services.
Attending industry conferences and events to raise awareness about our mission, share insights, and forge important relationships.
Tracking and analysing law firm partner performance, providing regular reports and insights to senior management to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
Being willing to help out with the highest impact projects each week because we're a fast growing start-up and that's what it's all about - this includes writing content for our monthly e-newsletter to family lawyers and assisting with industry webinars.
Requirements:
Superior client service skills achieved via roles in sales, business/partnership development or client success preferably within the legal services or legal tech industries.
Prior role in managing a portfolio of customers/clients/partners while deepening relationships.
Demonstrated ability to work independently to deepen relationships with third-parties to achieve business objectives.
Ambition, drive, confidence and responsiveness to client/partner needs.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
Superior communication skills, both written and verbal.
Confident and outgoing personality that enjoys forming relationships with people.
Ability to work independently in a proactive manner as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Proficiency in CRMs.

Location
While we understand that location is important, our company culture is even more important.
The successful candidate needs to be present in our Sydney CBD office in order to most effectively work with the wider Client Success Team.
We want the right candidate to be a part of the collaborating, brainstorming, serendipity and laughs that occur each and every day, but most importantly be able to efficiently deal with our clients and partners needs by interacting real-time with other members of the team in the office.
