Director of Sales and Partnership - Sports Are you a strategic and dynamic sales leader passionate about driving growth in the global sports industry?

Key Responsibilities:
Inspire and lead a team of sales professionals, nurturing a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance.
Craft and execute ambitious commercial strategies to drive significant business growth and reach targets.
Identify and seize new business opportunities globally, growing market presence in key regions.
Work closely with internal teams to align sales efforts with broader business objectives and ensure the smooth implementation of sales initiatives.
Qualifications:
Experience: At least 4 years of broad commercial experience, with a strong record in sales leadership.
Leadership: Exceptional ability to motivate, inspire, and develop a sales team, combined with hands-on leadership.
Market Insight: Deep understanding of the global sports market to leverage for sales success.
Communication: Outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
Results-oriented: Relentless focus on exceeding targets, paired with agile decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Consultative Approach: Skilled in handling challenging conversations with diplomacy and professionalism.
