Job DescriptionWe are currently hiring for Claims Case Managerroles.
As an Claims Case Managerat GROW, you will: Ensure claim work items are completed within agreed SLAs and communicate any potential SLA risks ahead of time for corrective action to take place
Claims Case Management: Accountable for accurate management of own claim portfolio, ensuring compliance with SLAs, and adherence to business rules, life code, SIS Act and super code regulations.
Quality Assurance – Take ownership to maintain the highest level of quality for your claim work items and collaborate with your leader to address any identified quality gaps.Incident Management- Ensure incidents are reported within SLA timeframes to your leader and when requested assist with incident remediation
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)- Provide subject matter expert (SME) input for SOPs and ensure all SOP actions are completed within agreed timeframes.
Complaint management – When requested, provide support in complaint management activities with internal and external stakeholders related to Insurance Claims and RG271
