Marketing Manager, OrthoDepartment: SalesEmployment Type: Full TimeLocation: SydneyDescriptionAbout this opportunityHe/She will be responsible for designing and executing clinical education projects, managing the development of EdTech tools, developing education assets and events for product launches and delivering best-in-class education through various digital platforms as well as generating and analyzing education effectiveness data for continual improvement.
This is to support the fast growth of the region with an excellence in execution, strong organizational skills and cross-markets, functional collaboration in alignment with our organization and business strategies.Key ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will…Report to Associate Director of Clinical Education, APACDevelop education strategies to acquire, penetrate and engage with orthodontists, pediatric dentists, and to drive adoption of digital treatment planning tools and workflowDesign, structure and roll out education for new doctors onboarding journey and growth program doctors through various digital platformsPartner with marketing team to support orthodontists and digital treatment planning focused product launches through education, including the developing and reviewing of education content, assets and events.Develop education tools and materials by working with agenciesLead and manage the execution of clinical education projects as assignedDesign and provide internal training for ortho related products to enhance clinical and product knowledgeSkills Knowledge & ExpertiseIn this role, you'll need…To have strong background and experience in Dentistry, preferably in the Orthodontic field.To have at least 8 years of experience in structuring education programs/courses and delivering training, managing speakers and project management in MedTech industry.To have strong understanding of how learning design and technology solutions fit together into a comprehensive learning strategy/ approach.
Having knowledge in adult learning principles is an advantageTo have the capabilities and experience in leading projects with ability to manage multiple streams of work simultaneously and executing them successfully with keen attention to details.To have effective communication and to be collaborative with all the regional team, countries' counterparts, cross-functional teams and external agenciesTo be highly organized in managing and coordinating projectsTo travel to other countries based on business needsTo be a degree holder preferably in dentistry or businessTo be an inclusive leader who fosters a culture of diversity, equity and inclusionTo be flexible and adaptable to changing business needs and priorities.
Should be comfortable in working in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating resourcefulness and intellectual curiosity
