Unique opportunity for a Senior Clinician Physiotherapist in Continence and Pelvic Health at Sandringham Hospital Fixed-term, Part-time, 23 hours per fortnight until 16/03/2025Senior Clinician Physiotherapist (Continence & Pelvic Health)Grade 3 Classification - VB7-VB9, VC1Sandringham HospitalFlexible hours available upon negotiationGreat staff BenefitsTHE ROLE The Senior Clinician Physiotherapist (Continence & Pelvic Health) will be responsible for the ongoing development and provision of high-quality physiotherapy to the referred outpatients and inpatients of the Monash maternity service at Sandringham in consultation with the Physiotherapy site lead and the manager of the Monash maternity at Sandringham Allied Health team.
The Senior Clinician Physiotherapist (Continence & Pelvic Health) may be responsible for the education of physiotherapy students and will provide supervision and professional development of Grade 2, Grade 1 and AHA staff working within the Monash maternity service at Sandringham.
The Senior Clinician Physiotherapist (Continence & Pelvic Health) is also responsible for and expected to be engaged in research, service development and/or quality activities within their specialised area of interest, or more broadly for the physiotherapy service.
The Senior Clinician Physiotherapist (Continence & Pelvic Health) has an important role in contributing to the development of individuals, the clinical team and the physiotherapy service through good leadership, teamwork and communication.
