About us Hitachi Construction Machinery (Australia) Pty Ltd is a leading manufacturer of construction and mining equipment.
The Opportunity Hitachi has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated individual to join our Forrestdale team in the position of Service Administrator on a full-time permanent basis.
In this role, you will be working within the field service team to ensure that all service paperwork is processed efficiently, accurately, and timely.
Main responsibilities include: Work order preparation and timely closure for all service invoicingOpening and closing monthly recurring service jobsUpdating WIP records and new job filesPayroll processing (clocking Timesheets & Kronos)Compile information required for internal & external auditsAssist in other general service administration tasksPreparation, assessment, and submission of warranty work ordersMobilisation of personnel to various sites across WAAs the ideal candidate you will have: Previous experience in a similar service administrative rolePayroll experienceExcellent oral and written communication skillsDemonstrated MS Office experience, including Word and Excel (experience in MS Dynamics is preferable but not essential)Benefits An attractive salary + Super + opportunity to earn biannual bonusesExclusive staff discounts on Medibank Health Cover and a wide range of other products and servicesA supportive management team which values your input in finding new and innovative ways of achieving successContinuous training and upskilling with real career development opportunitiesBe a key member in a leading OEM which genuinely ensures everyone is happy and safe at workAt Hitachi, we value our people and work towards providing guidance on your career path towards a rewarding and successful experience.
