Your RoleAs a Director, Relationship Manager - Health & Aged Care, you'll work with medium to large-sized businesses, supporting clients with complex banking needs in the Health and Social Infrastructure sectors. You'll leverage your expertise and innovative solutions to help clients grow, achieve their goals, and explore new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow a portfolio of healthcare and social infrastructure clients.
Lead complex deal structuring and deliver innovative banking solutions.
Drive market share growth in emerging sectors like Social & Affordable Housing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet client needs and exceed expectations.
Ensure proactive risk management and deliver quality credit submissions.
