As they expand their operations across Australia and New Zealand, they are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Officer to join their high-performing team.

Your Role:
Interviewing Candidates: You'll conduct interviews and assessments to find candidates who not only possess the right skills but also align with the company's culture.
Consulting with Internal Stakeholders: Collaborating with hiring managers, you'll gain a clear understanding of their needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
Developing Sourcing Strategies: You'll design and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates using various channels, including social media and job boards.
Managing the Recruitment Process: From sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding, you'll oversee the entire recruitment cycle.
Conducting Pre-Employment Checks: You'll ensure all pre-employment checks are completed promptly, keeping everything compliant and up to the company's high standards.
Building Relationships: You'll cultivate strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders to ensure a positive experience for everyone involved.
Who You Are: You have proven experience in talent acquisition within the professional space, ideally in the FMCG sector with demonstrated history in recruiting Sales professionals.
You possess strong interviewing skills and have a talent for identifying top candidates.
You communicate effectively and build relationships at all levels.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities.
You're familiar with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
