Automotive Business Manager

Summary:Cars4Us is a part of the highly successful MCT Group which has, in just a few short years, created market-leading online car-buying and finance services. Since inception, the Group has launched a number of vertically integrated, technology-focused businesses in the automotive sector.We are now seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Manager to join our finance team. Our ideal candidate will have access to over 50 lenders and benefit from our investment in marketing and systems to maximise opportunities and will work closely with other departments to ensure that all goals and objectives are met. Predominantly, our team finance cars but we also have capacity to work with other assets including, but not limited to, boats, jet skis and equipment.Responsibilities:Make contact with and qualify customersLiaise with customers to collate required documents and submit applicationsEnsure compliance with legal and regulatory requirementsDevelop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure retention/repeat businessManage your pipeline of leads and clients to ensure efficient service and best outcomesLiaise with salespeople, administration, and other departments to ensure customer service expectations are metSupport sales staff by facilitating the test drive procedures during your soft intro with customers in the dealershipProvide support to General Manager of Sales with monitoring and reporting on performance or other relevant metricsQualifications:Minimum two years proven experience as a Business Manager in an automotive environmentDemonstrated experience working to and exceeding KPIsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong negotiation skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWhy Work With Us?Certified Great Place to WorkGenerous base salary plus uncapped commission structureSupportive management team24/7 Employee Assistance Program for staff and their familiesCompany car by negotiationIf you have the necessary skills and qualifications, a drive to succeed, and are ready to join some of the industry's best, apply nowUnsolicited applications from agencies will not be accepted at this time.
