Site Support Specialist, Patient Recruitment

Clinical Trial Study Support Specialist (0.5 - 0.9 FTE) Location: Brisbane (0.5 FTE) or Melbourne (0.9 FTE) / On-site As Study Site Support Specialist, you will be joining the world's largest & most comprehensive clinical research organisation, powered by healthcare intelligence in a part-time (0.5 FTE), permanent employment.
You will be supporting a long-term partnership with one of the most established pharmaceutical companies in the industry with a history of over 100 years in healthcare.
Located at one of the key research clinics in Brisbane, you will have the opportunity to work on breakthrough studies in the areas of Cardiology and Diabetes.
What you will be doing: Administrative support to investigative siteCoordination of study recruitment activities and scheduling visitsTranscription of source document data points into EDC including query responseCoordination of study related tasks and procedures to ensure smooth running of the trialsMaintenance and archiving of study related documentationAdministrative support to the PI with study close-out activitiesAudit support, as neededYou are: Tertiary Degree qualified in Healthcare/Science or related field preferredPrior experience in clinical research is essentialWorking knowledge in Cardiology and DiabetesYou are confident working autonomously to ensure delivery of expectationsStrong verbal and written communication skillsAdvanced skills in IT systems, platforms, creation of spreadsheets, tables and other toolsWhat ICON can offer you: Our success depends on the quality of our people.
