We supply a broad range of qualityforklift attachments and accessories for the material handling market.About the roleIf you are a degree qualified Mechanical Engineer and have supervisor experience this is a great opportunity to have a meaningful input into an exciting engineering project. This is a hands-on role where you will be involved in the day-to-day design work. The responsibilities of the role include (but are not limited to):Supervising projects and leading a team of 4 professional engineersBeing involved in the day-today design workEngineering material handling products primarily for forklift attachmentsProjects include detail design, engineering calculation and engineering draftingUsethe latest design technology – 3D Modelling, FEA , Team Centre, Solid EdgeReviewand designhydraulic systems for equipmentPreparequality documents and reports as requiredWork safely with our skilled engineering team to solve problems and analyse product performanceCommunicating regularly with production, workshop team members, and internal customer service team on engineering projects.Experience and qualifications required for the role:At least 1-2 years supervisory experiencePassionate about design and leading peopleUse of3D modelling package e.g., Solid Edge or similar; Team CentreKnowledge of FEA software (Ansys) and hydraulics preferableknowledge of Australian StandardsFantastic research and problem-solving skillsFirst-class communication, organisational and time management skills; andExemplary skills in excel and other Microsoft office suit.MBA or Master's DegreePrior experience with manufacturing processesRegistration with Engineers Australia and RPEQ.What we offerCompetitive remuneration packageMonthly productivity BonusOn the job training where appropriateModern office and facilitiesEmployee Assistance programExcellent workplace values and cultureOver 50 years operating in Australia.If you love to learn, enjoy teamwork and are motivated to succeed please apply.To apply please click the APPLY button and attach a cover letter and resume.
