You'll be passionate about achieving targets, eager to develop your skills, and ready to take your career to the next level.We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated individuals to join our growing team, where you'll play a key role in building and supporting our award-winning sales department.Key Responsibilities:Learn and excel in sales, while supporting the development of sales teams.Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring top-level service.Collaborate with team members and stakeholders across our Sydney office.Be proactive in reaching targets and KPIs.Skills & Experience:We're looking for someone who:Has previous experience in a sales role, hitting targets and KPIs.Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Can work independently while staying driven and curious.Loves collaborating and has exceptional communication skills.Is passionate about creating effective sales and marketing campaigns.Excels at organizing, multitasking, and customer service.Brings energy, enthusiasm, and a sense of fun to the workplace.What We Offer:At Viva Solutions, we're committed to taking care of our people.
