An opportunity has arisen for an established Reward Manager to join a multinational professional services firm.

This contract role is available for immediate start and will be for 6 months in duration.
This role will see you report to the Global Head of Reward based in Europe.
The position will work closely with the broader Reward team based nationally as well as specialists based in Asia and EMEA.
The successful applicant will be tasked with preparation and execution of cyclical HR processes during a busy time for the business.
Duties will include:
Participate in HR Policy & Benefits projects and support capability building within HR, championing continuous improvement projects.Collaborate with key business and HR leaders to deliver the local business objectives alongside the global reward strategies at a country level.Act as the lead remuneration specialist in country, working with global rewards team to analyse benchmarking data to develop recommendations for annual pay review cycle and reactive remuneration interventions as required.Initiate, manage, and implement HR policy reviews to maintain relevance and support the business agenda.Partnering with other HR leaders to troubleshoot complex scenarios, applying a risk-based approach and strong judgement to reach the best outcome for the business.Champion effective policy and benefits delivery through the HR Operating Model, building strong relationships with key HR stakeholders.Lead assurance and governance of HR policies, remuneration, and benefits, providing guidance on policy application and administration.Stay informed on legislative changes and market trends, managing potential implications for HR policies.Manage third-party contracts and liaise with C&P and legal on policy matters.Support external representation within industry and functional networks.This is a great opportunity to further your experience in a comprehensive Reward role.
You will have demonstrated an ability to develop clear, actionable steps in support of an overall business strategy and deliver relevant, effective people solutions in a changing environment.
You will have strong business acumen and a clear, comprehensive understanding of the link between people and business strategy outcomes.
Opportunities for extension or permanent opportunities are available.
This role will operate with a high degree of autonomy and flexibility.
You will need to make yourself available for some meetings outside of standard Australian business hours and can tailor your work day based around this.
