We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team.In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth, identifying new market opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients.
You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and increasing revenue.Your tasks will include:Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients.Conducting market research to stay informed about industry trends and the competitor landscape.Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.Preparing and presenting proposals and sales reports.About YouThe successful applicant will have:Proven success in business development, sales, or a related field, including setting and achieving sales targets.Proven track record of initiating, developing and maintaining long-term client relationships.Tertiary qualifications in Business.Excellent organisation skills and the ability to manage their time both on the road, in the office and working remotely.Exceptional communication, interpersonal and coaching skills to effectively build and manage a cohesive, high-performing team environment.High level of emotional intelligence, with experience managing a diverse range of staff across sales and operations.Intermediate computer skills, including the effective use of CRM software.Ability to travel regularly within Victoria, and spend at least one day a week in our Warragul office.Strong commercial acumen and the ability to identify and capitalise on market opportunities.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.A valid driver's license and a desire to develop your career within the business.#J-18808-Ljbffr
