DescriptionHutcheon and Pearce Full-Time | Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm) Wee Waa, NSW Position Overview As a Sales Account Representative at Hutcheon and Pearce, you'll be the go-to specialist for machinery recommendations and solutions tailored to your customer's specific needs.
You'll stay ahead of industry trends, predict customer demands, and continually deepen your expertise in John Deere products and agricultural practices in the thriving Wee Waa region.

Selling a broad range of agricultural equipment such as tractors, sprayers, harvesters, seeders, and mowers.Providing expert advice on financing options to facilitate purchases.Keeping your product knowledge sharp by attending sales training days.Building and maintaining relationships with both new and existing customers.Delivering exceptional customer service that exceeds expectations through top-notch communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.The Ideal Candidate should have: Experience in Sales, with a background in farming and operational practices being highly desirableStrong initiative, organisational, and time management skillsProficiency in using standard desktop applications, including Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systemsExcellent selling and follow-up abilities, with a focus on customer satisfactionA current and valid manual driver's licenseAbout Hutcheon and Pearce Hutcheon & Pearce, the largest Australian family-owned John Deere dealership, with a rich history, spanning over 70 years across NSW.
