You stand behind the product you sell and know how to communicate that. To offer the best consultations to our B2B clients and maintain long-term relations, you will need excellent technical understanding and enthusiasm for digitisation. A specialist for digital training and e-learning tools, you have the heart of a sales consultant. Your mission: Helping clients develop their company and employees with the support of our digital professional development solutions.
You can expect autonomous work with great flexibility, and an open and success-oriented feedback culture. You have the opportunity to have a real impact on imc and our client landscape. Challenging and diverse projects await you. Your clients: Often organisations with international operations and visionaries in a sector. And best of all: As the interface to the market, you substantially shape our product landscape.
Job ProfilesDo you love convincing clients of the advantages offered by digital learning software? Are you filled with pride when you succeed in winning a contract? As a Sales Manager, you can realise your ambitions by effectively communicating your ideas and letting your personality speak. Part of our Sales team, you achieve contract conclusions and generate revenue.
Account ManagerAre you motivated by building client relationships based as much on our acclaimed product and service portfolio as your technical power of persuasion? As an Account Manager, you advise our long-standing clients and further their strategic development.
Bid ManagerAs a Bid Manager, you focus on our product and service sales to national and international organisations and NGOs. In close cooperation with the specialist imc departments, you prepare and submit bids for high-quality customised learning solutions, and ensure that all contract parameters are met throughout the entire process.
Pre-Sales ConsultantAs a Pre-Sales Consultant, you support all sales activities of imc. To this end, you work closely with the sales, consultancy, product and business development teams. You prepare tenders and our products for Sales. You maintain the CRM and support sales processes.

Hybrid Working Working at home or in the imc office? We offer full flexibility, but not 100% remote. You can combine the advantages of both worlds depending on your personal preferences.
