Reporting to the National Account Services Manager and based at our head office in Gordon NSW, you will play a critical role in providing administrative support to our national account customers through close collaboration with our branch, sales and transport teams.
Your work will directly contribute to the overall success of our client relationships and business operations.

Key Responsibilities
Managing product requests from our national account customers Liaising with branches to arrange product movements Manage customer requests through multiple inboxes Working to resolve issues pre and post product delivery Entering data for all product movements Providing product information and updates to internal stakeholders Administration of customer accounts and reporting of activity to customers and internal stakeholders Developing positive and productive relationships with key stakeholders and customers.
About You
Minimum 2 years' experience in administration and/or national account customer service Strong computer skills including the ability to touch type and use multiple software platforms Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy with data entry A pro-active attitude and positive approach to problem solving for our customers Proficient in Microsoft Excel Why join the Wolf Pack?
