We are a friendly and supportive team driven by a passion to help protect people, enhance lives, and preserve our planet, every day.Rentokil Initial (the world's largest pest control company) has an exciting position available for a National Accounts Manager to join our vibrant, passionate, fast-paced team.Your role will include (but not be limited to): Managing the sales activities, personnel, and customer satisfaction efforts of the commercial indirect sales channel Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve corporate goals Meeting with key clients, assisting sales representatives with maintaining relationships, and negotiating and closing deals Network with key customers to identify and address specific needs Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure long-term success Act as the liaison between customers and internal teams ensuring clients' requirements are met Identify and attract prospective strategic customers Ensure consistency across sites and divisions scope Negotiate contracts Collect and analyze sales data and trends Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings, according to company standards Liaise with Sales and Marketing departments to set and implement strategies for new and existing customers Stay up-to-date with internal and external developments and suggest new ways to increase sales To be successful in this role you will have: Minimum of 2 years experience working within a service industry Experience in B2B sales and cold calling Outstanding verbal and written communication skills Understanding of direct selling culture High-level commercial and negotiation skills Proven ability to achieve sales target Minimum of 2 years of National Account Management experience.
