This position does not offer the option of Working from Home (WFH).
About the role:
Due to recent internal promotions, the role of National Account Manager has become available.
Leading a team to drive our sales strategies across our broad range of iconic brands, this role will be responsible for:
Maximising sales growth and profitability; Planning and implementing all strategic and promotional activity in line with the national sales and expenditure budgets; Ensuring contract/agreement trading terms reflect the Company's objectives; Preparing and coordinating national and state plans that achieve sales objectives; Monitoring the performance of new and existing lines to capitalise on future opportunities.
About you:
Highly self-motivated with proven experience at a senior account level managing key relationships within the retail channel for FMCG, you will ideally possess:
Outstanding communication, analytical, and negotiation skills; A strong understanding of retail channels and the food, FMCG, or pharmaceutical industry; The ability to influence key stakeholders and business partners; A 'can do' attitude complemented by your ability to think strategically and commercially; The passion to lead and drive your team to achieve continued growth.
