We are on the lookout for a National Account Manager - Major Distributors to join our Mrs Mac's sales team in Rhodes, NSW.
About the role: As our National Account Manager - Major Distributors, you will drive our success by executing a strategic selling approach for Major Distributor channels.
You will manage national customer relationships, negotiate agreements, and ensure we meet our sales targets and promotional strategies.
Your role includes fostering new business growth, managing trade spend, and exceeding customer expectations.
Additionally, you will be responsible for the management of our Business Development Managers, who are based across Australia.
Your key responsibilities are to: Build strong relationships with Major Distributor Groups.Achieve budgeted sales metrics (Gross Sales, Net Sales, GM, Trade Spend).Own the 'Out of Home' demand forecast.Develop and execute promotional programs.Deliver key reporting and planning requirements.Manage clearance line strategy.Ensure cross-functional communication aligns with business needs.Develop lead generation strategies with the SSM Team.Provide leadership and professional development to the Business Development Managers across all states.Manage the development of Mrs Mac's and Balfours in the United Petroleum business.About you: We are looking for a strategic professional with a proven track record in national account management and sales growth.

Our ideal candidate will have: The ability to establish and maintain key stakeholder relationships while consistently meeting/exceeding sales targets.Extensive experience working with major distributors in the Australian food industry.Prior experience developing and mentoring sales teams.Excellent communication (verbal/written) and interpersonal skills across varying people demographics.Proficiency in the MS Office suite.Tertiary Degree or Qualification in a relevant field (desirable).A valid Australian Drivers License.What's in it for you?
