Location : 57 Main Street, Blacktown, NSW 2768 Haveli Restaurant, a distinguished establishment known for its exceptional culinary offerings, is seeking qualified and dedicated professionals to join our team.

Position : Chef Salary : $70,000 - $80,000 per annum (commensurate with qualifications and experience)

Role Summary : The Chef will lead the kitchen team, overseeing the preparation of high-quality dishes and maintaining excellence in culinary standards.
This role is pivotal to delivering an outstanding dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities : Design and prepare high-quality dishes for both regular services and special events.Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff to ensure seamless operations.Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to develop seasonal menus and new recipes.Oversee inventory management and ensure cost-effective food preparation.Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations.Train, mentor, and evaluate kitchen staff to enhance their skills and efficiency.Ensure the timely delivery of meals while maintaining quality and presentation.Provide input on equipment purchases and assist with staff recruitment as needed.Qualifications and Experience : Proven experience as a Chef in a high-volume restaurant or similar environment.Strong leadership and team management skills.Expertise in diverse cuisines and innovative culinary techniques.Exceptional time management and organizational skills.Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of kitchen hygiene and food safety.Position : Cook Salary : $70,000 - $75,000 per annum (commensurate with qualifications and experience)

Role Summary : The Cook will assist in the preparation of high-quality dishes, ensuring consistency and adherence to recipes while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities : Prepare and cook menu items as per standardized recipes and presentation guidelines.Cater to special dietary requirements, ensuring customer satisfaction.Monitor and manage kitchen inventory and supplies.Maintain cleanliness and compliance with food safety standards in the kitchen.Assist in the maintenance and proper functioning of kitchen equipment.Collaborate with the team to ensure the timely delivery of dishes during service hours.Qualifications and Experience : Previous experience as a Cook in a professional kitchen.Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistency in food preparation.Knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Position : Restaurant Manager Salary : $70,000 - $75,000 per annum (commensurate with qualifications and experience)

Role Summary : The Restaurant Manager will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service delivery, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
