Rydges Formosa Golf Resort is currently looking for a Conference Operations Manager to join our team.
You will need to be responsible, well-organised, reliable, and confident to work independently.
We are looking for someone to work a variety of shifts within our establishment, guaranteeing something different every day with loads of training opportunities to upskill yourself
You will be working in conjunction with our Food & Beverage Operations Manager to ensure our day-to-day events run smoothly.
The right candidate will need to have a can-do attitude and personality to fit in with our tight-knit team.
We will provide training to ensure you have the right tools for the role.
The desire to learn and grow is also essential
We need someone who is flexible with hours/days worked, working a rotating roster between different shifts.
