Join our culinary team as a Chef de Partie in Adelaide, Australia
We're seeking a talented and passionate individual to create exceptional dining experiences for our guests.
As a key member of our kitchen brigade, you'll bring your creativity and expertise to craft delicious dishes that showcase your culinary skills.
Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to our menu and recipesManage your assigned station efficiently during service hoursCollaborate with the culinary team to develop innovative menu itemsEnsure consistent food quality and presentation standardsMaintain a clean and organized work environmentAdhere to food safety regulations and hygiene standardsTrain and mentor junior kitchen staffAssist the Sous Chef and Executive Chef as neededContribute to menu planning and ingredient selectionParticipate in inventory management and cost control efforts Qualifications
Culinary qualifications from a recognized institutionProven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar leadership roleStrong understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and proceduresCreative flair and passion for experimenting with flavors and techniquesExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment and maintain composure under pressureStrong teamwork and communication skillsPositive attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiencesIn-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene standardsFlexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysPhysical stamina to stand for long periods and work in a hot kitchen environmentAttention to detail and ability to multitask efficientlyApplicants must hold full-time working rights in Australia Additional Information
