Job Description
A career that lets your passion shine: As a Chef de Partie at Garçon Bleu, you will work under the Sous Chef to deliver high-quality, French-inspired dishes with precision and flair.
Responsible for managing the In Room Dining kitchen section, you'll demonstrate strong leadership by training and supporting team members.
Your role requires teamwork, attention to detail, and strong culinary skills to create exceptional dining experiences in a vibrant hotel restaurant.
Qualifications
What you will bring to the role: Minimum 2 years previous experience in a similar role, within high-end dining operationsAbility to work under pressure, in a fast-paced environmentCertificate in Commercial Cookery Level 4 or above or equivalentProven experience in leading, training and developing teamsA true love and passion for food and creating genuine memorable guest experiences Additional Information
