ResponsibilitiesPlan and coordinate events: Oversee the scheduling, logistics, and execution of events.Problem-solve in real-time: Address challenges with a calm and proactive approach to ensure the smooth running of events.Manage timelines and budgets: Ensure all events are delivered on time and within budget, maintaining the highest level of professionalism.Coordinate with vendors, venues, and other stakeholders.Skills3+ years experience in event coordination or a similar role.Exceptional time management and multitasking skills.Proficiency in event management tools and software.Flexibility to work outside standard hours, including weekends, when required.A valid driver's license.Organised with excellent multi-tasking abilities.How To ApplyPlease click 'Apply' button now or email your resume to Adam Parle at for a private and confidential discussion.
