With our inclusive values, we celebrate the unique perspectives and talents each individual brings to the table and foster a dynamic work environment where new ideas thrive.Become part of our winning team and help us create a world that works better.ResponsibilitiesIdentify potential customers, generate new business opportunities, and manage leads through the sales pipeline.Penetrate, profile, qualify and schedule well qualified appointments with key decision makers.Meet and exceed daily and weekly call goals as well as deliver a high quantity of well qualified sales opportunities and appointment setting.Research customers, identify decision makers, educate prospects, and qualify buying interest and sense of urgency.Use of CRM extensively to maintain accurate activity, contact, and account information of all customers and prospects.Coordinate appointments between prospects and our Account Executives across SMB, Mid-Market or Enterprise verticals.Work closely with Marketing to create email and LinkedIn campaigns to increase company and personal brand awareness.Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management.Maintain knowledge of market conditions and competitive activities.Requirements2-3 years' experience in sales or a sales Development Representative role.Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software (Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus).Ability to build and maintain relationships.Demonstrated problem-solving and negotiation skills.Strong sales techniques and strategies.Able to work autonomously, but contribute to a larger team.Bachelor's degree in business or related field (advantageous).What we offerLocation is Adelaide, Australia.Modern CBD office, public transport friendly.Hybrid working arrangement.Quarterly team events and company-wide celebrations.Enjoy shared staff lunches, as well as complimentary fruit, tea, and coffee.Opportunity to attend events including the F1.End-of-trip facilities available including secured bike storage, lockers, and fully equipped changerooms.Well-being offers and retail discounts available through our building host.Help us celebrate diversity; our APAC team come from 22 different nationalities.TeamViewer is an equal opportunities employer and is committed to building an inclusive culture where everyone feels welcome and supported.
