Our mission is to enable them to focus on what they do best—creating unforgettable experiences—while seamlessly managing their operations, saving time, and accelerating revenue growth .About the RoleThe Head of Sales is a key leadership role, responsible for driving the company's revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives, with a strong emphasis on outbound sales strategies.You will:Manage Rezdy's current booking software sales team of five, located in Australia & New Zealand, to deliver great results.Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing sales team, fostering relationships with prospective clients.As part of the leadership team, you will align sales strategies with company objectives and collaborate across departments to deliver exceptional value to our customers.Work collaboratively with all teams, most importantly Onboarding, Account Management Team, Marketing & Product functions, as well as across the other brands and business lines.What you will doStrategic Leadership:Develop and execute a comprehensive growth-driven sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets.Identify market opportunities, trends, and competitive dynamics to position the company effectively.Build and optimize outbound and inbound sales strategies to generate high-quality leads and accelerate pipeline growthOutbound Sales Expertise:Lead outbound sales efforts, including targeted outreach campaigns, cold prospecting, and leveraging sales tools to engage potential customers.Define and implement scalable outbound processes, ensuring a consistent approach to lead generation and pipeline management.Equip the sales team with the skills and resources necessary to excel in outbound sales, including training, scripts, and technology adoption.Represent the company at industry events and conferences.Make your mark on our people:Recruit, onboard, and develop top sales talent.Provide mentorship and performance management to ensure team success.Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.Excel at working with other teams:Build strong relationships & work collaboratively with other stakeholders across the Rezdy & group business to deliver results & support others to deliver theirs.Ensuring the sales team works with onboarding to deliver rapid and best use of our software in their businessWork closely with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams to align sales initiatives with overall business goals.Make Rezdy a success: - Performance Tracking:Define and Monitor KPIs: Establish clear performance metrics (e.g.
revenue targets, conversion rates, and pipeline velocityRegularly track progress to align with business objectives.Analyze sales performance data to optimize processes and outcomes.Leverage analytics tools and CRM systems to assess sales trends, forecast revenue, and identify areas for improvement, including win/loss analysis and funnel optimization.Skills and ExperienceProven track record of revenue growth in a senior sales leadership role, in SaaS, travel, or tourism-related industries.Demonstrated expertise in building and executing outbound sales strategies, including cold outreach, lead qualification, and pipeline generation.Exceptional leadership, communication & collaboration skills across a broad group of stakeholders to deliver alignment & best business outcomesExperience managing and scaling sales teams in a high-growth environment.Strong understanding of B2B SaaS sales cycles and selling strategies.Proficiency in outbound sales tools and techniques, including CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), prospecting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator), and automation software.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions.Education:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred but not required).Other Requirements:Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed.Our ValuesBe a trusted guide; We are responsible for finding the right outcomes for our customers and our people.
