Job Description Full time permanent opportunityHybrid working (2-3 days in the Sydney office)How will I help?This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic new team within Cash and Transactional Banking, where you'll help Australians manage their money and businesses through a digital-first approach.
By embracing an agile, customer-focused mindset, you'll drive innovation to enhance the customer experience, streamlining customer service and meeting everyday banking needs.Collaborate with strategy, digital, technology, and project teams to deliver seamless solutions that make banking easier, all while aligning with broader business goals.Key Responsibilities:Collaboratively design and deliver innovative cash and transactional banking digital experiences to meet customers' everyday needs.Accelerate market delivery through continuous improvement and an agile mindset.Analyze and leverage data to identify opportunities to meet business outcomes.Support oversight and management of key suppliers that drive our transformational agenda - ensuring compliance with Group Supplier frameworks and policies.Act as a subject-matter expert on cash and transactional banking products.Build strong relationships across teams to support the design and delivery of the operational data model.Champion our purpose of "creating better futures together" with a strong focus on customer advocacy.What's in it for me?You'll play a significant part of the future of a business that has been around for over 200 years.
