With a global footprint and a strong commitment to innovation, quality, and functionality, we continue to set the standard for excellence in every project we undertake.The RoleAs the Installation Team Leader, you'll lead the charge in delivering seamless installations of our turntable systems, guiding and motivating the installation team to achieve excellence.
Your expertise in mechanical installation, coordination, problem-solving, and communication will ensure every project is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
Through strong leadership, you'll foster teamwork, maintain high morale, and drive the team to consistently deliver outstanding results.What You'll DoExecuting the mechanical installation of turntables, including all aspects of installations, from interpreting technical drawings to ensuring compliance and quality control.Lead, train, and inspire a team of technicians to achieve project goals.Proactively address performance challenges, provide coaching and constructive feedback to ensure team members meet expectations and maintain high-quality standards.Solve on-site challenges with quick thinking and innovative solutions.Liaise with clients and both internal and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication, timely project delivery, and exceptional service.Manage tools, equipment, and inventory to ensure installations run smoothly.Complete and maintain documentation, including job details, compliance reports, site inspections, and technical feedback.What We're Looking ForStrong mechanical and technical aptitude, with advanced knowledge of tools, equipment, and installation processes.Proven leadership skills – you're reliable, safety focused, and thrive in both independent and team environments.Outstanding time management and attention to detail, ensuring projects meet strict tolerances and deadlines.Effective communication skills, enabling you to engage with both internal and external stakeholders.A commitment to safety, with a proven track record of enforcing safety protocols, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring all team members adhere to workplace safety standards.Relevant certifications or be willing to achieve, Manitou Licence, Dogman Ticket, Rigger Ticket, HiAb Ticket, Elevated Work Platform and First Aid.What We OfferAn attractive salary package based on your experience and skills.Fully maintained company vehicle.A dynamic and supportive team culture where your contributions are valued and your ideas are heard.Work on cutting-edge projects that challenge your skills and allow you to make a real impact on our clients and the industry.Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?How many years' experience do you have as an Installation Team Leader?Do you hold a Construction Induction Safety certificate (White Card)?What's your expected annual base salary?How much notice are you required to give your current employer?Are you willing to undergo a pre-employment medical check?Do you have a current Australian driver's licence?Are you available to travel for this role when required?
