The role In this role you will enjoy leading the daily customer service for a team of Technicians and knowing the customers' installed base and service opportunities in the area.
Your duties will involve:
Overseeing daily service planning and executionEnsuring daily work allocation to Service Technicians is properly and fairly distributed to the teamEnsuring customer problems are attended to promptly and solutions are provided in a timely mannerManaging the complete operations of the allocated sites, workshop, and machinesEnsuring safety is exercised at all timesTraining staffYour skills and experience You may or may not come from a trade background, but have worked as a Service Advisor in the past and are looking for a new challenge.
You will bring:
