We are looking for a Business Centre Manager to join our Auckland North Business Banking team where you will lead and coach a team of Business Banking Assistants and Business Banking Specialists.
As the Business Centre Manager, you will lead from the front providing hands-on guidance to ensure your team maintains a high level of service to our customers and that our customers' needs are met.
Your key responsibilities will be maintaining an engaged team that fosters teamwork and enabling our people to develop both personally and professionally through effective coaching and mentoring.
This role is based at ASB's North Harbour Regional Centre in Rosedale.
We're looking for someone who is a passionate people leader; knowing how to get the best from your team through your proven capability of effective leadership, coaching, and mentoring.
You'll have a business banking background with existing lending experience and a solid background in customer relationship management.
Your interpersonal and effective communication skills will ensure you successfully manage and develop your team, help drive needs-based solutions for customers, and deal appropriately with any customer escalations around business and home lending.
As no two days are ever the same, you will be highly organised with strong time management skills; however, your ability to be flexible and think on your feet is a must.
