Skills and Experience Previous experience in accounts receivableKnowledge of office administration and general bookkeeping proceduresKnowledge of general accounting principlesStrong customer service skillsHighly developed verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrate accuracy and attention to detail and ability to prioritizeProficiency in the use of software relevant to the positionBe reliable, flexible and a team playerBe willing to obtain a National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) check clearanceResponsibilities Administration of data regarding the admission and discharge of clientsClient invoicing, receipting, reconciliation, debt collection and bankingReconciliation of government claim statements to payment statements with appropriate follow-upMaintaining occupancy recordsLiaising/corresponding with residents and families as requiredOther administrative and accounting duties as requiredReady to Apply It really is our people and culture that set us apart, with our ongoing focus of working together as one team.
