We are seeking a talented Dynamics CRM Business Analyst to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for gathering and analysing business requirements, designing and implementing CRM solutions, and providing support and training to end users.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Dynamics CRM, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, experience/exposure in the BFSI domain, including 'pricing', and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements for CRM projectsAnalyse business processes and recommend CRM solutions to improve efficiency and effectivenessExperience with configuration of Dynamics CRM, along with broader experience/understanding of customisations & design in Dynamics CRMProvide training and support to end users to ensure successful adoption of CRM systemsWork closely with developers and IT teams to implement and test CRM solutionsStay current on industry trends and best practices in CRM technologyQualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or related fieldMinimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on Dynamics CRMStrong knowledge of Dynamics CRM functionalities, configurations, and customizationExperience with CRM integration, data migration, and reporting toolsExcellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentIf you are a motivated and detail-oriented professional with a passion for CRM technology, we would love to hear from you.
