Job Description Reporting to the Executive General Manager, this leadership role has the overall operational accountability for the delivery of services of Epworth@Home, whilst developing and implementing a vision, to ensure the delivery of safe, effective and efficient patient-centered care.
Your strong leadership capabilities will allow you to develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, whilst fostering a supportive and effective interdisciplinary team environment to staff across the services within Epworth@Home.
Working collaboratively with Epworth Healthcare operations, you ensure there is consistency in workforce procedures and policies across Epworth@Home, to reduce inefficiencies and duplication amongst other services across Epworth Healthcare.
To be successful in this role You are an experienced and accomplished leader within a multi-disciplinary model of service delivery that has focused on sustainable models of care and the development of new patient pathways.
Your strong interpersonal skills enable you to influence others, build relationships, and earn the trust and respect of your team, colleagues, and the clinical workforce.
You bring adaptability and a focus for continuous improvement.
Whilst an understanding of the private health sector is not essential, you bring a professional work ethic with a focus on patient-centred care at the forefront.
