Demonstrating a strong, supportive, collaborative and engaging style, you must be passionate about patient centred care, grounded in high quality clinical outcomes. In turn you will be supported by a great team and provided with the opportunity to increase your knowledge through extensive educational programs and opportunities.You will make an impact by:Providing leadership as an ANUM within our 5 Gray Wing specialising in ENT, plastics, thoracics, vascular, breast as well as major head and neck surgeryDelivering exceptional patient experience and carePlaying an active part within a high functioning proactive teamUtilising your broad knowledge and experience within a small, flexible environmentPromoting a safe and respectful working environmentTo be successful in this role you will have:An excellent clinical understanding of surgical nursing careWell-developed proactive time management and prioritisation skillsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalCommitment to your professional developmentThe ability to work within a team focused environmentReporting to the Nurse Unit Manager - 5 Gray, you will bring expert clinical knowledge, innovative management skills and an ability to lead collaborative change in this highly respected specialty area.Epworth Richmond is a rapidly growing, fast-paced and dynamic teaching hospital where you will work alongside highly skilled practitioners in all areas.
