FULL TIME 38 HOURS PER WEEK MINIMUM 4 WEEKS ANNUAL LEAVE SALARY PLUS SUPER $70k PA - $80k PA Hook & Cook Catering Pty Ltd trading as CATERING HQ CRONULLA is looking for a full time Restaurant Manager for their busy venue at Cronulla RSL. Located in Cronulla RSL, this is a premier event venue known for its exceptional catering services and stunning waterfront location. Catering HQ is renowned for its diverse and customizable menu options, crafted by experienced chefs to suit any occasion. The venue's modern facilities, coupled with its breathtaking views of the ocean, create an unforgettable setting for any event. With a dedicated team focused on delivering top-notch service, Catering HQ Cronulla ensures that every event is seamlessly executed and memorable. To be considered for the role, you need to have a relevant industry qualification and at least 2 years' experience in a similar position. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Planning menus in consultation with Chefs Planning and organising special functions Arranging the purchasing and pricing of goods according to budget Maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions Ensuring dining facilities comply with health regulations and are clean, functional and of suitable appearance Conferring with customers to assess their satisfaction with meals and service Service recovery Creating service standard templates and standard operating procedures Selecting, training and supervising waiting and kitchen staff Taking reservations Meet, greet and seat guests Assist in taking orders Assist with staff hiring and training Assist with planning menus and special dietary requirements for guests Discuss customer requirements with the culinary team YOU MUST BE Available nights, weekends and school holidays.
