Opportunity to join an exciting organisation as a Customer Service Officer, providing excellent service to their online gaming customers.
Company: Mars Recruitment is partnered with a recognised online gambling company who is seeking a motivated and dynamic Customer Service Agent to join our Customer Operations team, providing top-notch service to online gaming customers.

Please note that the role is offering hybrid work arrangements and the successful candidate will work on a rotating roster between 12pm - 8pm or 2pm - 10pm. Key Role & Responsibilities:The Customer Support team is responsible for handling customer enquiries with a commitment to delivering an exceptional experience.
Provide timely responses across multiple support channels, while consistently meeting our SLAs.
Deliver outstanding customer service via email, chat, and phone on various topics such as jackpot enquiries, deposits/withdrawals, and game play assistance.Provide responsible gambling support and guidance.Drive customer retention through promotion of products, activities, and special bonus offers.Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and enhance the service experience.Identify and suggest process and quality improvements across the department.About You:Previous experience in a customer focused role is essential.Ideally previous experience in a contact centre's/customer support environment.Strong multitasking skills, capable of managing multiple tasks in a busy environment.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Passion for providing a high level of customer service with a proactive and positive attitude.Why Join Us?Competitive salary and shift allowances for weekends and public holidays.Be part of a vibrant team within a fast-growing sector.Opportunity to work with international teams and drive improvements across the department.Ready to take your customer service career to the next level?
